Surgical Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Registered Nurse to join our Surgical Services team at Bingham Memorial. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

• Assess and diagnose patient needs to provide quality care
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Provide direct and indirect patient care, including medication administration, wound care, and patient education
• Collaborate with surgical staff, anesthesia staff, and physicians to ensure seamless patient care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient care and progress

• Graduate of an accredited program of professional nursing (Bachelor's Degree or a two-year Associate's Degree)
• Current hospital experience (within the past five years) or new nursing graduate (within the last two years)
• Licensed RN in the State of Idaho
• BLS Certified
• ACLS and PALS highly recommended

• Experience in surgical services or a related field
• Knowledge of hospital policies and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
