About the Role

As a valued member of our Home Health team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient-centered care to patients in their homes. Our dedicated team of Occupational Therapists strives to foster an environment that embraces our employees' unique strengths, experiences, and perspectives, ultimately driving exceptional patient outcomes.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $ 85,000 - 105,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans. We also offer financial and physical wellness options, such as on-site massages, counseling services, and access to the Virgin Pulse Wellness tool.

Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Scheduling daily visits with patients
  • Managing case-loads with manageable visit requirements
  • Receiving mileage reimbursement for drive time

Your expertise will enable you to effectively assess patients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans to enhance their functional abilities and quality of life.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
  • At least two years of relevant experience in occupational therapy
  • A valid license to practice occupational therapy in Idaho
  • A current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
