Job Overview

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 1+ years of occupational therapy experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with children and a passion for creating personalized education plans (IEPs) to support student growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough occupational therapy evaluations to identify students' strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement individualized IEPs tailored to each student's unique needs.
  • Deliver direct therapy services to students, aligning with their IEP objectives and promoting academic and functional skills development.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure seamless support for student progress.
Requirements
  • Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Valid California OT license or eligibility to obtain.
  • Prior experience in a school or pediatric environment is preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
