Located in northern Portage County, the Hattie Larlham Center for Children with Disabilities serves as a long-term residential facility offering medical services to children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Position:
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
Work Schedule:
Full-Time, 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts, with weekend availability required.
Compensation:
Competitive rates with generous shift differentials.

$36.93 per hour based on respiratory therapy experience.

Qualifications:
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credentialed by NBRC.
Active Ohio state license without disciplinary actions.
Associate or bachelor's degree in respiratory therapy from an accredited institution.
BCLS certification - free training and recertification available.
Preferred experience in chronic care and ventilators, along with knowledge of intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality respiratory therapy services to children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Manage both acute and chronic respiratory conditions.
Maintain accurate documentation and effective communication.
Collaborate as a team to ensure exceptional health services for each individual served.
Assist in the training and mentoring of new Respiratory Therapist staff as assigned.
Complete necessary checklists, incident reports, data collection, and monthly summaries.
Exhibit respect, trust, and confidentiality regarding individuals served, their families, and colleagues.
Perform other related duties as directed by the supervisor.
