Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Technician to join our facility maintenance and management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing maintenance for our residential and commercial customers, as well as installing, repairing, and maintaining various equipment and plumbing systems.

Responsibilities
  • Perform maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial plumbing systems
  • Install, repair, and maintain various equipment and plumbing systems
  • Utilize technology and provide excellent customer service to ensure a superior experience for our customers
  • Collaborate with other tradespeople to troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues
  • Diagnose and repair plumbing problems efficiently and effectively
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of facility service maintenance technician level I experience; 3 years commercial plumbing experience
  • Plumbing apprenticeship certification and at least six (6) months of trade-related work experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent GED certificate preferred
  • Basic carpentry skills for remodeling projects
  • Valid driver's license with good driving record
  • Must pass drug test
Preferred Qualifications
  • Plumbing license
  • Basic electrical knowledge
  • Basic pump Lift station diagnosis/repairs
  • Basic water heater diagnosis and repairs
  • Basic plumbing fixture installation
