About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in delivering 1:1 in-home ABA services to clients diagnosed with ASD. Your primary responsibility will be to implement behavior management techniques and programs as directed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), while maintaining accurate data collection and communication with parents/caregivers and staff members.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide one-on-one in-home ABA services to individuals diagnosed with ASD
* Establish a positive relationship with the learner under the care of a BCBA
* Implement ABA therapy programs and behavior management techniques as directed by the BCBA
* Collect data for each client and communicate notable findings to the client's behavior analysis applications and forms
* Demonstrate flexibility in working with various clients with different needs and abilities
* Communicate effectively with staff members and parents/caregivers
Benefits:

Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 1-2 years of experience working in the field of ABA
* Interested in working towards becoming an RBT through completion of the 40-hour certification course and supervision
* Ability to provide care in home environments
* Bilingualism is a plus
The estimated salary for this position is approximately $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
