Lot Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lot Attendant to join our team at Sydenstricker Nobbe Partners. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining the image of our store facilities, lot, and grounds through routine maintenance.

• Clean and maintain facilities to ensure a positive customer experience
• Stage equipment for customer clinics, open houses, and other events
• Maintain grounds, including lawn, equipment displays, and parking lot
• Perform basic maintenance on company equipment, such as oil changes, refueling, and filter replacements
• Demonstrate a commitment to customer service and maintain a positive working relationship with peers and management
• Accurately document diagnostics and repairs performed
• Participate in training programs to develop skills and knowledge
• Operate and maintain vehicles, tools, and equipment required for job responsibilities

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree preferred
• Valid driver's license required; CDL preferred
• Experience operating vehicles, tools, and equipment for maintenance purposes
• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
