We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Fauquier Health. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide and direct clinically appropriate patient care to individuals or groups of patients in accordance with the philosophy and mission of the Department of Nursing, the organization, and the scope and standards set forth by the American Nurses Association (ANA).
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop and implement plans to address these needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients' responses to these interventions.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher.
- Current Virginia State RN License.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (within 30 days of hire).
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification (within 30 days of hire).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse, except for specialized new graduate program(s).
