Job Description

As a Swim Coach at Foss Swim School, you will be responsible for teaching swimming lessons to students of all ages and skill levels. Your primary goal will be to create a safe and engaging learning environment that promotes water safety and swimming skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Teach swimming lessons to students of all ages and skill levels
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of students
  • Assess student progress and adjust lesson plans accordingly
  • Provide feedback and encouragement to students
  • Maintain a safe and clean learning environment

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Comfortable working in a pool setting
  • Ability to communicate effectively with students and parents
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • First aid and CPR certification
