We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Room team at Providence Health & Services. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency department setting.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and prioritize patient needs, providing individualized care to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring patient responses and adjusting care plans as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Washington State Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association certification within 90 days of hire.
- At least one year of nursing experience.
- National Certification in area of specialty.
