Job Description - Overview

We are seeking a skilled Department Manager to join our team at Hobby Lobby Stores, Inc.

Responsibilities:

* Manage department inventory, including ordering and stocking
* Maintain a visually appealing store environment
* Back up cashiers as needed

Requirements:

* Must be mature and self-motivated
* Ability to work 2 evenings a week and every other Saturday
* Previous retail experience preferred
* Ability to stand 8 hours, excluding breaks
