Medical Support Assistant

In the heart of Central Louisiana Surgical Hospital, we are seeking a skilled Medical Support Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our medical staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in patient care, with a Certified Nursing Assistant or Medical Assistant certification being highly preferred. A current BLS certification is also required.
This position involves observing and reporting patients' status and needs, answering call lights, and assisting physicians and nurses during medical examinations and treatments. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of patients' vital signs and ensuring their safety and comfort at all times.
A competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year reflects the level of expertise and dedication required for this role.
