Job Title: Senior Consultant, Quality and Audit

WSP USA is seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant, Quality and Audit to join our Earth and Environment business line. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and monitoring quality metrics, working closely with leadership to drive improvement, and developing and implementing quality assurance programs.

Your Impact
  • Implement the US Quality Plan to track and report on quality metrics and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with US leadership to drive improvement in support of the US Quality Plan.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance programs in the Earth and Environment business line.
  • Support business line operations with project quality and proposals.
  • Coach project teams on developing and implementing project quality plans and corrective action plans.
Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business line operations to monitor and report on compliance and progress through regular audits.
  • Participate in monthly project reviews and engage in recovery efforts as needed.
  • Establish workflows for quality engagement in pursuits and project delivery.
  • Collaborate with technical leaders on standards and best practices for implementation specific to design services.
  • Identify training needs and deliver as required.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in quality in multi-disciplinary activities, including construction, engineering, and project management.
  • 5+ years in a management role working closely with leadership teams.
  • Working knowledge of federal projects and programs.
  • Working knowledge of HSEQ integrated systems.
  • Adept at using Microsoft Office programs, especially Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
  • BSc/MSc or equivalent HSEQ-related qualification.
  • Internal/external auditing qualification, ISO 45001, 14001, or 9001.
  • Experienced with ISO certification requirements and coordination.
  • Member of a professional body, such as ASQ or IOSH.

Expected salary: $72,800 - $127,380. WSP USA reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other protected status.

The selected candidate must be authorized to work in the United States.
