We are looking for a Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive business growth. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives who sell Canon's hardware and software technology-based solutions to companies within a territory and/or an assigned account list.

This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team to achieve 100% of quota.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of sales representatives who sell Canon's products and services.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Mentor and coach sales representatives to improve their performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business results.
About You: What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 7 years of related experience and management of typically two or more regular full-time employees (one of whom must be exempt).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
