We are seeking a skilled Windows Software Engineer to join our team at Talent Search PRO. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and integrating software applications and components for our Windows-based systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop software applications and components using C/C++, Object-Oriented Development, and Windows/Visual Studio.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and recommend solutions to ensure software and system meet requirements.
  • Document software development, including test plans, design documentation, and maintaining design requirements.
  • Participate in technical architecture decisions for complex products and develop Windows application development architecture expertise.
  • Implement DevOps concepts, such as version control, branching strategies, and automating build, test, and deployment processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience.
  • 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience.
  • Department of Defense Secret security clearance is preferred at the time of hire, but must be obtainable within a reasonable period of time.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with basic lab equipment and different communication protocols.
  • Experience with interfacing and integrating hardware devices, control, sim/stim, data acquisition, specifically with National Instruments Hardware.
