Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Weatherization Auditor to join our team at Supportive Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting initial inspections of homes, identifying areas that require weatherization work, and ensuring that all work is completed correctly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial inspections of homes to identify areas that require weatherization work
  • Document all findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner
  • Ensure that all work is completed correctly and in accordance with industry standards
  • Collaborate with the Production Coordinator to ensure smooth project execution
  • Report any issues, incidents, or accidents to the Production Coordinator
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience working in the construction/weatherization industry with a strong background in building science
  • BPI Energy Auditor and BPI Quality Control Inspector certifications
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to access all areas of the house, including attics, roofs, crawl spaces, and basements
Working Conditions
  • Travel to job sites daily, up to 40 minutes away
  • Occasional out-of-town travel for training
Compensation

Hourly salary range: $22-$25
