About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team. As an ICU Nurse, you will work with a diverse patient population, including adults with complex acute and chronic health issues. Your primary responsibility will be to provide direct nursing care, implement, monitor, evaluate, update, and revise patient care plans, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to patients in the ICU
  • Implement, monitor, evaluate, update, and revise patient care plans
  • Monitor, record, document, and communicate patients' conditions
  • Note and carry out physician and nursing orders
  • Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing
  • One year of current acute care RN experience
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong foundation in nursing principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You must also be able to follow standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
