Job Summary:

At ICONMA, we are seeking a skilled Medical Laboratory Specialist to join our team in Millville, DE. As a Medical Laboratory Specialist, you will play a critical role in the collection and processing of patient specimens, ensuring the highest level of quality and accuracy.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect and process patient specimens in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience.
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless specimen collection and processing.
  • Meet productivity and quality standards, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
  • Phlebotomy certification preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in an outpatient setting.
  • 6 months of phlebotomy experience required.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
