Salary and Benefits

Job Description

The Child Development Specialist will work closely with our pediatric transplant team to provide psychological assessments, evaluations, and interventions to patients and their families. This includes conducting individual and family therapy sessions, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

The ideal candidate will have a doctorate in psychology and 2-5 years of experience working with children and families. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
