Travel Physical Therapist

Epic Travel Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Travel Physical Therapist to join our team in a 13-week assignment. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable healthcare organization and gain valuable experience in a dynamic environment.
Job Summary:
- We are looking for a licensed Physical Therapist to provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient rehabilitation setting.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat patients with various physical therapy needs, including musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiovascular conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve patient goals and improve functional outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and coordinate services as needed.
- Conduct patient education and provide guidance on proper exercise techniques, injury prevention, and disease management.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including progress notes and treatment plans.
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
- 1 year of experience in an outpatient rehabilitation setting.
- Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.

Pay Rate:
The estimated weekly rate for this position is $2115 per week, based on qualifications and experience. This rate applies to travel positions only (50+ miles from permanent address).
