Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Cardiology Nurse Specialist. This role will be responsible for providing direct patient care and collaborating with healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive care to patients with cardiovascular conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to patients with cardiovascular conditions, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical, emotional, and social needs, and develop plans to address these needs.
- Implement evidence-based practice and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in cardiology care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless coordination of care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the State of Ohio.
- One year of experience in a medical office or hospital setting, preferably in cardiology or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
