HCA Florida Ocala Hospital, a 288-bed facility located in the heart of Ocala, Florida, is seeking a dynamic Float Pool RN to join our team. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will have the unique ability to "float" between several different areas across the nursing spectrum, providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to serve as a patient advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality. Your role will involve making nursing assessments and diagnosis, providing plan-based care with a commitment to continuous improvement.

Requirements:
  • CURRENTLY LICENSED AS A REGISTERED PROFESSIONAL NURSE IN THE STATE IN WHICH HE OR SHE PRACTICES, IN ACCORDANCE WITH LAW AND REGULATION
  • ASSOCIATE DEGREE, BSN PREFERRED
  • 2 YEARS' OF RECENT BEDSIDE NURSING EXPERIENCE IN AN ACUTE CARE HOSPITAL SETTING PREFERRED
