Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to freight disruptions and backlogged shipments by communicating with shippers and carriers.
  • Serve as the liaison between the end client, shippers, and carriers.
  • Maintain pace and quality of work while adhering to clients' standards of conduct, safety, and attendance.
  • Follow written instructions with minimum supervision.
  • Provide information to shippers and carriers.
  • Transcribe notes, research solutions, and present them to shipper concerns using established standard work.
  • Monitor shipper disruption cases or backlogged freight within established service level agreements.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Previous experience working in the operations space for a supply chain or logistics company gathering and collecting data.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A recent college degree in business, supply chain, and/or recent data analyst experience.
  • Extremely proficient with Excel (SUMs, averages, pivot tables, formulas, v-lookups, etc).
