Assembly Technician for Merchandise Displays

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team at Around the Clock Services. As an In-Store Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for building and assembling merchandise displays for various retail clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure quality and accuracy in assembly work
- Follow detailed assembly instructions and guidelines
- Communicate effectively with store management and staff
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Report any issues or defects
Requirements:
- 18 years old or older
- Ability to read and execute assembly instructions
- Self-motivated and energetic with good communication skills
- Quick learner with a mechanical aptitude
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Training and Support:
We provide paid training and support to ensure our technicians are well-equipped to perform their duties. Our team works with minimal supervision, and we encourage our technicians to take ownership of their work.
Tool Requirements:
- Impact driver with assorted bits and batteries
- Cordless drill with #2 and #3 bits
- Metric box-wrench set with sockets
- Philip's Head and flat head screwdrivers
- Smartphone or smart device with Wi-Fi or mobile internet
Availability:
- Monday-Friday, day shift (9a-6p most days)
- Weekends available
- Full-time, part-time, and on-call positions available
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools
- 1-year previous assembly experience
Compensation:
Our technicians are paid by the finished piece, with varying pay rates based on the level of difficulty. The faster and more accurately you work, the more money you make.
NOTE: Upon hire, you will be a 1099 independent contractor.
