Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve a minimum lead-to-placement conversion rate of 13 placements monthly, in line with industry benchmarks.
  • Engage in at least 50 meaningful interactions daily with prospective candidates or clients, emphasizing both quantity and quality.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all departmental data and records.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with team members, exemplifying the company's core values in all communications.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of successful experience in Agency Recruiting, Sales, or Dental, with a strong preference for B2B and SaaS sales experience.
  • Results-oriented and motivated to meet placement targets.
  • Quick learner, self-motivated, and eager for professional growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
