Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve a minimum lead-to-placement conversion rate of 13 placements monthly, in line with industry benchmarks.
- Engage in at least 50 meaningful interactions daily with prospective candidates or clients, emphasizing both quantity and quality.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all departmental data and records.

- 3+ years of successful experience in Agency Recruiting, Sales, or Dental, with a strong preference for B2B and SaaS sales experience.
- Results-oriented and motivated to meet placement targets.
