Dough Technician

**Job Title:** Dough Roller

We are seeking a skilled Dough Roller to join our team at Gattis Pizza. As a key member of our production staff, you will be responsible for preparing dough for baking.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and be able to lift 50 pounds regularly. A strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately is crucial for this role.
