Job Overview:

VDart is seeking a skilled Salesforce Automation Lead to lead our testing efforts and ensure the highest quality of our Salesforce applications. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, constructing, and executing test scripts, as well as providing expertise in testing standards, guidelines, and methodology.

About the Role:

In this role, you will work closely with our development team to ensure seamless integration of testing into the software development lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include preparing testing cycle scenarios based on high-level design and business requirements, performing regression smoke tests of Salesforce modules, and conducting peer reviews. Additionally, you will guide team members, provide status reports, and have the ability to troubleshoot issues and maintain familiarity with Salesforce.

Key Skills:

The ideal candidate will have progressive experience of 12-14 years in software testing or related functions, with 6 plus years of Salesforce Testing experience. You should have 5+ years of experience in software automation testing, designing, and supporting automation with Selenium & Java scripting experience. Adept in creating and maintaining automation frameworks via API and GUI-based approaches, you will also have knowledge in tools like QuerySurge, Practitest, Orchestrator, JIRA as an added advantage.

Responsibilities:
