We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our team at Chili's Grill & Bar in Kissimmee, FL.

About the Role

In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our menu items meet the highest standards of quality and presentation. As a Quality Assurance Coordinator, you will inspect food preparation and presentation, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance our menu offerings.

You will also collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new recipes and menus that meet our guests' evolving tastes and preferences.

Responsibilities
  • Menu Item Inspection: Conduct regular inspections of menu items to ensure they meet our quality and presentation standards.
  • Kitchen Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen team to develop new recipes and menus that exceed our guests' expectations.
