The Lead Engineer will oversee the product development processes for a range of products, focusing on technical expertise and product functionality.

This role encompasses the integration of engines and airends, the design of subsystems, and the attainment of quality, functionality, and competitive advantage standards.

The Lead Engineer will spearhead product development projects, collaborate with various functional teams, and promote ongoing enhancements in the product development methodology.

Moreover, this position involves leading a small group of Engineers and Co-op Students, tracking project advancements, and adjusting resources as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess a background in leading engineering teams, demonstrate strong technical skills, and have the capacity to drive innovation across different departments.

A degree in Mechanical Engineering is essential, with a preference for candidates holding a Master’s in Business Administration. Travel requirements are minimal, typically less than 10%.
