We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team at Virtual. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing general journal entries, allocating indirect costs to projects, and preparing monthly loan draws.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Prepare and review general journal entries for projects and corporate transactions
* Allocate indirect costs to projects
* Prepare and submit monthly loan draws
* Assist in the preparation and review of monthly fee building construction draws
* Prepare and/or review monthly cost of sales entries
* Prepare and/or review monthly bank reconciliations
* Prepare monthly GAAP financial statements and supporting schedules
* Provide additional financial schedules for monthly financial reporting
* Prepare quarterly prepaids amortization and fixed assets depreciation schedules
* Assist management with internal/external audit support

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required
* Construction or Home building industry experience
