Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough analysis of manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce waste and enhance productivity.
  • Utilize statistical tools and methodologies to monitor and analyze process performance.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing site.
  • Identify, scope, and lead projects to minimize total cost, improve safety, quality, and customer service.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of applicable codes and regulations.
  • Coordinate and oversee quality assurance efforts to deliver high-quality products that meet customer expectations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
  • 5-7 years' relevant experience.
  • Lean Six Sigma or Yellow/Green/Black Belt certification a plus.

Working Conditions

  • Ability to work in plant and office environments.
  • Working conditions may include dust, fumes, moderate noise, and uneven surfaces.
