About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate New Graduate Nurse to join our team at Saint Francis Hospital - Memphis. As a New Grad RN, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the growth and development of our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate care planning with other disciplines to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Provide direct bedside nursing care based on the nursing process and patient needs, utilizing evidence-based practices to promote optimal patient outcomes.
  • Systematically evaluate the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance patient care.
  • Participate in hourly rounding to ensure timely and effective communication with patients and families.
  • Observe and adhere to safety guidelines and safe work practices to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Current State of AZ Nurse license or an RN license from a compact state with multi-state privileges.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA).
  • Adult Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 3 months of hire or transfer into job for ICU, Cardiac, ED, PACU, OR, L&D, ENDO.
Preferred Qualifications
  • New graduate RNs.
