Lead Barista

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Lead Barista to join our team at Starbucks. As a Lead Barista, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness in our store. You will also be expected to lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of your role.

• Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food products to our customers, ensuring that every drink and bite meets our standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Lead and motivate your team, providing guidance and support to ensure that everyone is working together to achieve our goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and team performance.

• 1-2 years of experience in a retail or restaurant environment, preferably in a customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
