As a Postoperative Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing direct nursing care to patients who have undergone orthopaedic, spine, bariatric, urology, vascular, colorectal, and general surgeries.

**Job Summary**: As a Postoperative Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing direct nursing care to patients in the postoperative period. This includes assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, administering medications and treatments, and monitoring patient progress. You will also work collaboratively with other caregivers to ensure seamless patient care.
**Responsibilities**: Participate in a residency core curriculum based on individual learning needs. Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols. Establish and/or revise priorities for patient care activities based on acuity of need, patient preference, and resource availability. Initiate and/or maintain interventions to assure continuity of safe/effective care for patients. Respond to data indicating risk to individual's health and initiate action to correct, reduce, or prevent the risk.
We offer a competitive salary range of **$65,000 - $95,000** per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off. We are an equal employment employer and welcome applications from diverse candidates.
