About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Surgical Unit at Norman Regional Health System. The ideal candidate will have a strong willingness to learn and deliver safe and effective clinical care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide best possible treatment for patients
  • Assess, analyze, and plan patient care strategies
  • Implement care plans, delegate tasks safely, and evaluate responses to interventions
Requirements
  • Diploma or Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master's of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred
  • Previous experience in the healthcare field is preferred
  • Current Oklahoma Registered Nurse license or active Multistate RN license
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) training or retraining is required during orientation prior to providing patient care

  • A salary range of $27.74-$45.46 per hour, depending on previous work experience
  • Evening differential of $2.50 per hour
  • Night differential of $3.00 per hour
  • Weekend differential of $3.00 per hour
