Job Title: Varsity Softball Head Coach

Category: Athletics/Activities

We are seeking a qualified coach to lead our Varsity Softball team. The ideal candidate will have experience in planning, organizing, and executing practices, as well as guiding and motivating student athletes.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute practices to develop player fundamentals
  • Guide and motivate student athletes to achieve their best
  • Monitor safety of all participants and follow safety protocols
  • Supervise student athletes to, at, and from events
  • Oversee assistant coaches and communicate with school personnel, student athletes, and parents
  • Maintain equipment and inventory, and coordinate with the athletic director and others for facility usage

Requirements:

  • Must have or be able to obtain a coaching certificate and First Aid/CPR card
  • Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and school personnel

Salary Range: $5,377 - $6,693 per Collective Bargaining Agreement
