About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at DaVita, a leading provider of dialysis care. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing dialysis treatments.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Conduct patient assessments, identify potential complications, and take proactive steps to prevent adverse outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
  • Experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) settings preferred.
  • Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification a plus.
