We are seeking a skilled Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join our team in Dutchess County. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a crucial role in addressing the opioid epidemic and overdose crisis in our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical care to patients with opioid use disorder
- Act as a resource for staff and the community on opioid use disorder and overdose prevention
- Assist in administration and program development for the MAT program
- Participate in weekly case-conferencing and quality improvement with our experienced team
Requirements:
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Interest in program development and quality improvement
- Current possession of a DEA X Waiver for buprenorphine (100-patient waiver or 275-patient waiver)
- Previous experience in prescribing buprenorphine (ideal, but not required)
