Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Home Health Aide to join our team. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide personalized care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with personal care activities, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
  • Provide homemaking services, including light housekeeping and meal preparation
  • Assist with ambulation and transfer of clients
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition to our clinical team
Requirements
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Must be able to travel to clients' homes within the assigned region
  • Must have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Must maintain a working mobile device with cellular data access for Electronic Visit Verification/Scheduling System
  • Current CPR certification is required
  • Home Health Aide and Certified Nursing Assistant candidates must provide a valid certification
