Job Description
This telemarketing position involves promoting our services to customers, handling customer inquiries, and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to multitask efficiently, and have prior experience in customer service or call center environments. HVAC knowledge is preferred but not required.

Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills* Ability to meet sales targets and consistently deliver high-quality results* Salary: $40,000-$80,000 per year
