Job Title: Neonatal Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our team at the Necnic Group. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional care to infants and their families in our neonatal intensive care unit.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess and manage the health of newborns, from normal to high-risk.
  • Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Perform newborn resuscitations and specialized procedures, including intubation and catheterization.
  • Conduct physical exams and evaluations in various neonatal units.
  • Order and interpret lab tests, radiographs, and diagnostics.
  • Prescribe treatments such as phototherapy and antimicrobial therapy.
  • Document medical histories, procedures, and progress notes.
  • Develop and update standards, procedures, and protocols for neonatal care.
  • Provide educational programs for staff and support quality improvement activities.
Requirements:
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in neonatal care.
  • MSN degree.
  • Registered Nurse License (Hawaii) and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse License (Hawaii) required at hire.
  • Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
  • National Provider Identifier required at hire.
