College Hunks Hauling Junk is a leading junk removal and moving franchise with 90 locations across the US. We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Truck Captain to join our team.

• Operate a junk truck safely and efficiently, ensuring 110% client satisfaction.
• Conduct daily truck inspections, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
• Price jobs aggressively, meeting and surpassing benchmarks.
• Lead by example, demonstrating the company's core values of Building Leaders, Always Branding, Listen Fulfill and Delight, and Creating a Fun Enthusiastic Team Environment.
• Train new hires on day-to-day operations and core values.
• Complete daily checklists and prevent careless mistakes.
• Check in regularly with direct supervisor for additional assignments and guidance.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and logistical skills.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.

$19.50 - $23.50 per hour
