Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Great Strides Rehabilitation. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with children with special needs to develop and implement individualized therapy plans, promoting their physical, emotional, and cognitive development.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized therapy plans for children with special needs
  • Implement and modify therapy plans as needed to meet the changing needs of patients
  • Collaborate with other therapists and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination

Requirements:

  • Active license to practice Occupational Therapy, or eligible to apply for OT license in the next 3 months
  • Experience working with children with special needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
