Cardiac Telemetry Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Cardiac Telemetry Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team at St. David's North Austin Medical Center.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient-centered care, collaborating with medical providers and the care team, and providing personalized and comprehensive care in line with established nursing models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patient condition during admission and each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes in patient status.
- Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by the medical provider(s), and ensure thorough and timely documentation of care administration in the patient's medical record.
- Provide exceptional care by responding promptly to patient requests, proactively anticipating patient needs, and resolving them.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers about the patient's medical condition, treatment plan, medications, possible side effects, and follow-up measures.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A degree in Nursing (Associate Degree, Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree, or Registered Nurse Diploma).
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Texas.
