Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Outfitting Supervisor to oversee Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) operations. The successful candidate will take charge of managing the outfitting production process, acting as the main liaison with governmental program authorities, and ensuring the successful development and distribution of the Coordinated Shipboard Allowance List (COSAL) materials. Key responsibilities encompass resource management, financial oversight, and employing effective management methodologies to maintain organization.

  • Engage regularly with various operational levels to facilitate smooth information exchange.
  • Establish and track project timelines and conduct budgetary evaluations.
  • Create and maintain logistics database applications while providing program support.
  • Possess a solid understanding of provisioning documentation and outfitting database management.
  • Coordinate ILS activities aboard vessels and monitor the procurement of COSAL items.
  • Lead a team of professionals, offering training and conducting performance evaluations.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years in a relevant Analyst II role or 2 years with a pertinent bachelor's degree.
  • Familiarity with the Integrated Logistics Support outfitting process.
  • Experience with government contracting requirements and procedures.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong delegation, leadership, and communication abilities.
  • Proficient in cost management, scheduling, and program oversight.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and confidentiality skills.
