A leading health services network in Connecticut is seeking a licensed Endocrinologist to join their team in Tolland County.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with endocrine disorders, including diabetes and gestational diabetes.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday

Hours:
32 hours

Setting:
Outpatient

Responsibilities:

The Endocrinologist will:
Conduct thorough medical histories and physical examinations of patients
Listen to and evaluate patient symptoms related to hormonal imbalances
Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as blood tests, imaging studies, and hormone level assessments
Develop individualized treatment plans for patients with endocrine disorders
Diagnose and manage thyroid and adrenal disorders
Evaluate and treat disorders related to the pituitary gland and hypothalamus
Address hormonal issues related to reproductive health
Educate patients about their endocrine conditions, treatment options, and the importance of adherence to prescribed medications
Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications:
Licensed to practice in the State of Connecticut
Board Eligible / Certified in Endocrinology
