Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Superintendent to lead our roofing operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation process, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and report daily production
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with company protocols
  • Perform quality control checks and minor repairs
  • Coordinate logistics and manage inventory
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address concerns

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in construction and/or roofing
  • Preferred experience in Fortified Roof installation
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and operate equipment safely
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Valid and clean driver's license

  • Base pay: $42,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
