Salary and BenefitsThis position comes with a competitive salary of $17.00 per hour, offering a full compensation and benefits package for full-time employees. Additionally, you'll have access to on-demand pay, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and holiday pay.
Job DescriptionAs a Program Supervisor at Tungland, your primary responsibilities will include facilitating the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP) and participating in various administrative duties such as staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.
You'll supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals we serve in the program, providing support with daily activities, medication administration, and personal care. Your duties will be split between direct support, professional or program activities, and supervision.
One of your key responsibilities will be to facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings or providing transportation to work or other activities.
Qualifications and RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A High School diploma or equivalent
- One year related work experience
- A current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance
- Other licensure or certification where required by regulatory authority
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to establish rapport with team members and those we serve
- Strong organizational abilities to ensure staffing and schedules are maintained
