We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at NHC HomeCare Springfield. As a Weekend Registered Nurse RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess patients' physical, psychosocial, and environmental factors to develop comprehensive nursing care plans.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure personal care, medical care, and rehabilitation provide optimal patient health and well-being.
- Teach patients and caregivers about various aspects of healthcare and disease management.
- Unencumbered current Registered Nurse license in the state where the HomeCare agency is located or compact state, if applicable.
- Minimum one (1) year experience as a RN/professional nurse.
- Experience in home care is desirable.
