Our dynamic team is seeking a talented Salesforce Administrator to oversee the daily operation, maintenance, and improvement of the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce administration and configuration, with a proven track record of leading Salesforce projects from conception to completion. The Salesforce Administrator will work closely with end-users to troubleshoot issues, perform configuration changes, manage security, and implement best practices. Key responsibilities include customizing and configuring Salesforce to meet business needs, managing user setup, roles, profiles, data integrity, and system security. The successful candidate will also develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business operations. Additionally, they will provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce features and functionality, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and develop and maintain user documentation and training materials. If you have a strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud, and are proficient in data analysis and reporting using Salesforce reporting tools, we encourage you to apply.
